What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you forget, cancel or change your appointment without adequate notice, we cannot refund the payment nor can it be applied to a future appointment.

What happens if I am late?

We understand that delays happen; however, a late arrival will shorten your appointment time and cannot be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. After twenty minutes, we consider the appointment to be missed, and we are unable to refund the payment.

How do I prepare for my treatment?

At the time of booking your first treatment, an intake form will be emailed to you to addresses important information, such as allergies, health conditions, skin history, etc.Becky uses this form to prepare for the session with you and intuit your skin’s needs. Please fill these out prior to arriving to your first appointment, or arrive fifteen minutes earlier to your appointment to complete the form at your session.

Can I leave a tip?
